SITCA Thai Cooking Class on Koh Samui
The SITCA Thai Cooking Class is featured on BBC World TV and recommended by many others such as Lonely planet, Frommer’s and Rough Guide. The SITCA Cooking Class is for those that have passion for there cooking. The classes meet daily from 11:00 am and 16:00 pm in an our air-conditioned kitchen, fully equipped with large work areas and multi burner stations.
Learn to prepare dishes from scratch with the first class you take teaching you how to make a traditional Thai curry paste. We will then teach you to cook a curry recipe and two more recipes to make a complete Thai meal. We have different recipes every day including salads, soups, curries, noodle dishes and desserts.
Choose the amount of sessions you wish to attend. Everything will be provided for you and we will give you a recipe book for you to keep. If you join us for three lessons you will earn a certificate from our course.
Most recipes are adaptable for vegetarians.

Itinerary
Check-In: At the speedboat office.
Breakfast Time: Enjoy a light and refreshing breakfast consisting of coffee, tea, cookies, and fresh fruit.
09:00 – 09:30: Board our modern and comfortable speedboat, embarking on a scenic hour-long ride over to Koh Nang Yuan.
10:00 – 10:30: Arrive at the pristine waters of Koh Nang Yuan, renowned for its vibrant coral reefs. Dive into some of the best snorkelling spots in the Koh Tao area, surrounded by an abundance of marine life.
Viewpoint Visit: It is a brief walk to an exquisite viewpoint, offering panoramic views of both Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan. The perfect opportunity for memorable photos.
Lunch Time: Savor a delicious lunch served at a local restaurant, where you can relax and enjoy the island’s serene ambiance.
12:30: Continue your aquatic adventure as we board the speedboat to Koh Tao. Here, you’ll have the chance to explore the island and snorkel around its fascinating coral reefs.
15:30: Bid farewell to the picturesque Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan as we commence our return journey to Samui.
16:30: Arrive back in Koh Samui and be greeted by our transfer service, ready to escort you back to your hotel, villa, or residence, bringing our eventful day to a close.

This 1 day course will teach you the basics of cooking delicious Thai dishes. The menus change every day of the week, from Monday to Saturday. Are you a non meat eater of have an allergy? Let us know and we’ll adapt our menu to your needs.
