HOW DOES ‘PAY ON TOUR’ WORK?
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY TOUR?
On our website we charge you a deposit to guarantee the seats. You can pay either by Paypal, Mastercard, VISA and JCB. A bank transfer is possible, please contact us for the details. On the tour day you can pay the remaining balance in cash to the tour guide.
CAN I BOOK TOURS FOR THE NEXT OR SAME DAY?
You can safely book tours for the next day until 21:00 in the evening. After that it’s best to contact us to see if we can make the arrangements for you. We block same day bookings on our website in case of availability problems but you can always contact us so we can check availability for you.
WHEN DO YOU SEND ME MY PICKUP TIME?
When booking a tour with us, you will receive your booking voucher straight away. We are usually informed about the pickup time 1 day before the tour date, sometimes a few days earlier. You can expect an email from us with the pickup time on the day prior to the tour.
HOW DO I BOOK FOR INFANTS
Infants don’t have to be booked individually. If you wish to bring a baby, please let us know on the checkout screen. An infant won’t have his or her own seat during transport but can be carried by an adult. You can bring a baby stroller if you wish.
HOW WILL I BE PICKED UP AND DROPPED OFF
If your tour includes a pickup, an air conditioned minivan will pick you up from and drop you off at your hotel. Please be ready at the mentioned pickup time at the lobby of your hotel.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR GROUPS
Our margins are very low but in case of groups of 6 persons or more we are able to provide a group discount. Please contact us prior to booking to make the arrangements.
DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY BOOKING VOUCHER?
No, that’s not necessary and we don’t promote it. Please show the booking voucher on your phone to the driver. That saves paper and ink.
CAN I BE PICKED UP FROM A PRIVATE HOUSE OR VILLA?
In some cases this is possible. Please contact us with a location in Google maps so we can check if pickups are available from there.
WHAT IF THE PICKUP IS LATE OR DOESN’T SHOW UP AT ALL?
If the driver is at least 15 minutes later than the mentioned pickup time, please contact us straight away so we can contact the driver. Due to the size of Phuket it’s difficult to plan an exact pickup time, especially in traffic. You can always call us or send us a message to check about the pickup.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?
If the weather doesn’t permit a safe tour and the operator cancels it, we will contact you straight away. We will try to reschedule to a different day. If that’s not possible, we will refund you in full
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Deposits paid through this website are non refundable, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions.
HOW CAN I TRUST NETTOURSASIA.COM?
This is a concern for many customers and we realize that. We have been in the tour and travel business in Thailand for over 20 years. We are listed on Tripadvisor and Google. We currently have a healthy 4.5 out of 5 score there.
We are registered with the Thai Tourism Authority (TAT) with license number 34/00803.
For payments by Paypal and credit card you are protected by buyer protection. Until today no one has ever had to use it!
CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF THE TOUR?
Yes, please contact us no later than 17:00 on the day prior to the tour date so we can change the date for you
WHY DON’T YOU PROVIDE TOURS WITH ANIMAL SHOWS?
We firmly believe that animal shows are a thing of the past and don’t want to promote animal cruelty, even when it’s still widely accepted by many people. There are many other ways of having an amazing day out. We therefore don’t provide tours that have animal shows on the itinerary.
HOW TO BOOK ONLINE?
STEP 1: PICK ONE OF YOUR FAVOURITE TOURS
We offer a great selection of land and sea tours on and around Koh Samui.
All our group tours can be booked and paid for online.
As our private tours are mostly tailor made, we would like to get in contact with you prior to booking.
Please fill out the form and one of our agents will get in touch with you shortly.
STEP 2: FILL OUT THE BOOKING FORM
Filling out the booking form is easy. Just enter your personal details and your location.
If you don’t know your hotel or villa location yet, please leave it open and let us know a few days in advance where you are staying.
That way we can assure the hotel pickup is smooth and convenient. An indication of the pick-up times can be found on the tour page.
STEP 3: PAY ONLINE USING OUR SECURE PAYMENT GATEWAY
We accept payments with Paypal on our secure server.
You can pay your deposit online. The remaining balance is due on tour.
STEP 4: YOUR VOUCHER WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU
Once you have made the booking and paid for it online, a voucher will be emailed to you. You can use this voucher to show to the driver when you are picked up.
There is no need to print it, a copy of the message on your phone will do. Just to be sure, we scan an original copy of the voucher so the driver will know where the booking came from.
Please make sure to carry enough cash to pay for the remaining balance on tour.
WHAT IF THE TOUR IS CANCELLED?
In very rare cases we have to cancel a tour. Due to strong winds or technical problems for example.
We will always offer you to go on that tour on a different date or to do a similar tour. If that is not possible, we will refund the booking fee in full.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE TOUR?
A booking made online is subject to cancellation terms. Up until 7 days prior to the tour date bookings will be fully refunded, with the exception of 4,5% credit card or Paypal fees.
Any cancellations within 7 to 3 days up until departure impose a 50% cancellation fee.
All cancellations within 3 days prior to departure are non refundable, unless you or one of your companions are too sick to go on the tour.
Please show us a hospital statement and we will refund the booking fee. Otherwise, you can reschedule the tour date free of charge.
Secure Payments
We accept deposit payments in cash at our office, by Paypal account, or by credit card with secure provider Paypal or direct to our Thai Bank. We only work with safe payment providers and never store any credit card information.
