Angthong, which translates to golden bowl in Thai, occupies almost 250 square kilometers and includes 50 square kilometers of limestone islands. Most of them are close to each other. That means you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama when you sail around it. The national park itself is inhabited by a schools of dolphins and a considerable amount of Asian wildlife. Itinerary
- 07:30 – 08:00 – Transfer from your hotel to the pier
- 08:45 – Check in. This is when you enjoy breakfast
- 09:00 – We board the speedboat and head to Ang thong marine park
- 10:00 – We arrive at Koh Tao Plow or Koh Wao to snorkel between wonderful corals with lots of fish
- 11:30 – Go sightseeing around the national marine park
- 12:00 – We enjoy Talay Nai, the beautiful Emerald saltwater lake that is surrounded by the island
- 12:30 – We enjoy a Thai buffet lunch at Wua Ta Lap
- 13:30 – Optional: Kayaking adventure around the park. Or choose to climb up to a viewpoint to catch a view over the national park
- 15:00 – Depart from the marine park
- 16:00 – Arrive in Koh Samui and transfer back to your hotel
